How long does delivery take?

Once your order is shipped delivery normally takes 2-3 working days estimate for our standard shipping option. We also offer upgraded shipping as well.

Does shipping cost?

Do you offer tracking?

All orders include full tracking. You will receive the tracking number when it has been shipped.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item. Must be in original condition. You are responsible for return postage cost.

Where are your items made?

All items are made in the UK in our dedicated workshop.

What materials do you use?

Our main material is copper but also use brass, iron and wood.

Does drink sit in the leg of the Drinks Dispenser?

No, the tee piece is blocked off so no drink sits in the copper leg.
